I just received from a very dear friend Valo B. the following information:
The special stamp issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Telecommunications in memory of the Armenian Genocide of 1915, will be available in all Liban Post points of sale across Lebanon as of today.
The statue on the stamp is made by Mr.Zaven Khedeshian.
