Renowned Historian George A. Bournoutian, Ph.D. Refutes Revisionist History on Karabagh.
This presentation shall demonstrate that facts are stronger than lies. The 1823 Survey of the Karabagh Province, prepared by the Russian government, contradicts current Azerbaijani revisionism. The original is an extremely rare document. Dr. Bournoutian discovered a copy in Moscow's Russian State Library. For the first time ever, the survey has been translated. In addition to translating, Dr. Bournoutian has enhanced the text with extensive notes and commentary.
