Overcoming Genocide Denial
Public Event · By Leitner Center for International Law and Justice

What are the ways to overcome genocide denial, commonly understood to be the last stage of genocide? By providing a comparative examination of the Holocaust and the Armenian, Rwandan, and Sudanese Genocides, this panel aims to identify a best practices approach to overcoming denial by considering strategies that have been successful in the past, as well as those that have been controversial.
