Aintab or Ayntab history and the Armenian kitchen

Both sides of my family has it's roots in Aintab located in present day Turkey. It's also spelled in various ways: Anteb, Ayntab variations.

Thanks to social media, we are more aware and knowledgeable thru various facebook groups. I have been familiar with Housamadyan and it's efforts to preserve Armenian life in Asia Minor, on our historic homeland. I had noticed there wasn't any mention of Aintab. Today I pleasantly saw the new addition about Aintab's history and it's cuisine. Looking at those recipes, many memories of delicious and various Armenian dishes. Some of the recipes lack some details, at some point I'll add my knowledge thanks to my late mother and grandmothers and update on this page.
