The New York Armenian community has been in the dark about the sale of the Armenian Home, which was built with the efforts of the Armenian community at large.

Thanks to YouTube it pointed to a fundraiser that was done for the NJ Emerson Armenian Home. However, it's interesting that in the above video they say "it was in the works for 10yrs?" and here it's a fundraising:
